At By Ola, we work to ensure your pieces arrive safely, promptly, and in the condition they were intended.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During collection launches or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping within the UK
We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and preferred service.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be shown at checkout.

Duties & Taxes: For orders shipped outside the UK, import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.

If you refuse a shipment due to duties or taxes, please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, By Ola cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes, weather conditions, or courier service disruptions.
Damages in Transit
