OLA offers free shipping on orders above €350.
We ship from our warehouse in South Korea. Our prices include 20% VAT for products delivered within Asia. For any delivery destinations outside of the EU, you will not be charged this 20% VAT, however, you will be responsible for paying Customs/Duty and Import taxes to receive your order. It’s important to contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of these costs before placing your order. Any delay in paying these customs fees will result in a delay of delivery of your order. We are happy to offer a refund within 14 days of delivery if the items are unused, with all labels and in the original packaging. If you do decide to return any items from your order, customers are required to cover any costs when returning an item to us.
All orders we ship climate neutral via DHL Express international. Please be aware that this can take between 1-5 business days. All orders that are placed before 10:00am (CEST) will be dispatched the same day. All orders that are placed after 10:00am (CEST) will be dispatched the next day. All products are dispatched during our office hours. Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and weekends.
